Roles and Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you'll embark on a journey of innovation and impact. Your responsibilities will include:1. Enhancing the price comparison section on CashKaro, ensuring seamless user experiences.
2. Developing new web scrapers across various eCommerce platforms and integrating them into our existing infrastructure.
3. Continuously improving our core product by exploring new technologies to enhance the speed and efficiency of our scrapers.
4. Integrating scraped data into our databases and Google Sheets, facilitating informed decision-making.
5. Implementing strategies to bypass CAPTCHA and prevent scraper blocking, ensuring near 100% uptime and price accuracy.
6. Building smart automation tools leveraging Selenium and other confidential information.
Desired Candidate Profile: Skills and Expertise
To thrive in this role, you should possess:1. Proficiency in Python and web scraping techniques, with Scrapy being an added advantage.
2. Strong understanding of multiprocessing and asynchronous mechanisms.
3. Experience with web scraping frameworks like Selenium or Beautifulsoup.
4. Familiarity with various Python libraries, APIs, and toolkits, including Pandas for data manipulation.
5. Basic knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
6. Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT, coupled with excellent communication skills.
